The concept of the average woman gets thrown around a lot, but now thanks to a group of experimental psychologists in Scotland, we might actually have a face to put to the idea.
The minds at the University of Glasgow have published a collection of images that depict the estimated average faces of women from around the world. The photos were generated by aligning multiple pictures of female volunteers and compositing them together to create an approximate “average face.”
